This silence about mental health prevents many people from seeking help, and further isolates them. <\/p>\n<p>At Cry Of Hope, we&#8217;re working to break this silence. We accompany people on their journey, offering them psychological, social and practical support. We also raise awareness among their families, as they play a central role in their recovery, and we work to promote a more inclusive society, where mental disorders are no longer a barrier, but an
